Is it possible to put more than one pet on a single portrait?
Absolutely! We know that you canāt just choose one of your pets to be commissioned. Currently, we can support up to 3 pets on a single portrait. If you have more than 3 pets you would like on your canvas, please email our team at support@reallypawfect.com and our associates would be more than happy to assist you with the process.

Do you do memorial pieces for my beloved pets that have passed away?
Our entire team of artists, designers, and customer service representatives put our hearts into everything we do, and every piece that is commissioned. Thus, it would be our honor to create a portrait or design for your passed pet. Please send us a photo of your pet, and our artists will work diligently to memorialize your pet in the form of gifts and portraits that are sure to bring a lifetime of joy and bring back a handful of tender memories.

What animals do your artists work with?
Cats and dogs seem standard when the term āhousehold petsā comes to mind. However, our artists have worked on everything from pet fishes to bunnies and even turtles! As long as you have a great photo for our team, we have the means and inspiration to produce a beautiful memento.

What are your shipping costs?
As a service to all of our customers, we offer free shipping for orders above $75. For orders under $75, we charge a flat shipping rate as follows:
ā¢ USA, UK, Canada, Australia: $4.95 USD for all of our current products, $3.95 USD for phone cases.
ā¢ Global: $12.95 USD for all of our current products, $9.95 USD for phone cases.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days after your original purchase via email. This time is needed for initial image quality check, art design and digital touch up, printing, and quality assurance before shipment.

When will I receive my product?
The estimated delivery time depends partly on the product being ordered. Canvas and posters may take an extra day or two to print and pass quality checks compared to phone cases or mugs. As soon as your order is placed, it takes approximately 3-4 days (including weekends) for our artists to conduct the image quality check, art design, and digital touch-up. After this process, most orders are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks, with the exception of orders to the USA, which take 2-5 business days for phone cases and mugs.

Is there a way to see my artwork before it is sent to print?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a service where we can send out proofs without adding significant costs and time to the order. However, if our designers feel that the photo you have uploaded will not yield a high-quality product, we will contact you for a new one. If you have any questions, please donāt hesitate to contact us at support@reallypawfect.com and our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Our products are truly a one-of-a-kind, 100% unique masterpiece that cannot be found anywhere else online or in stores. Therefore, cancellations can only be granted if you send an email to us at support@reallypawfect.com within 12 hours after your order.

I received my product, but I do not really like it. What can I do?
At Really Pawfect, we will do whatever it takes to make things right for you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please email us at support@reallypawfect.com and we will do our best to make things right.

Do I have to remove the background myself first?
Absolutely not! Once you send your photo, our expert team of designers, editors, and artists will do the rest. Please note that if your pet is wearing a leash or a costume, that will be represented as such on your final product. The position and pose that your pet is in will be the exact position and pose that will be represented in your final piece.

How do I know if the photo I want to upload is decent?
Based on thousands of pieces our art team has worked on, we recommend the following: The photo should be high-quality, not blurry or pixelated, taken in a well-lit area, and be a close-up of your petās face. If the photo you upload is not workable, we will send you an email requesting a new one.

How does handling time change during holidays and peak periods?
During the holiday seasons and other peak periods, we experience a higher volume of orders, which might extend the handling time of your custom pet portraits. While we typically process and ship orders within 3-4 days, during these busier times, it may take a bit longer to complete and dispatch your order. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend placing orders well in advance during the holiday season.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed to protect your information.

We use high-quality, museum-grade canvas and premium inks to ensure your portrait is vibrant and long-lasting. Our posters are printed on thick, durable paper with a matte finish.

How do I care for my canvas or poster?
To keep your artwork looking its best, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity areas. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed.

Do you offer digital copies of the artwork?
Yes, we can provide a high-resolution digital copy of your petās portrait upon request for an additional fee. This allows you to print it yourself or use it as a screensaver.

Can you combine multiple photos into one portrait?
Absolutely! If you have pets that are difficult to photograph together, you can upload separate photos for each pet. Our artists will seamlessly combine them into one beautiful portrait.
